Best weekend breaks in Europe?

A good weekend break needs to cram as much as possible into as small of a space as possible. While everyone has their own preferences, many people would agree on certain things, such as budget, travel time and weather. And so, without further ado, let’s review the options… Best weekend breaks in Europe?

Prague offers a lot to travellers. Check out the castle and majestic cathedral that overlooks, the legendary clock tower, the statues of Charles Bridge, and a fantastic array of bars, parks and delicious food for any palate.

Mixing culture, sun and sea, Barcelona has a fantastic atmosphere with phenomenal architecture. Some highlights include the Dali museum, Las Ramblas and Park Güell. You can also snag a day trip to the beautiful Pyrenees mountains, if you’re lucky.

With a (not undeserved) reputation as a party spot, Amsterdam has a great deal  to offer in terms of history, art and more besides. You can hit the streets and enjoy the night, or pay a visit to the Van Gogh Museum, the Anne Frank house, or the Royal Palace. Whatever you choose, you’ll find something for everyone.

So, what do you think of these three great cities? Let us know in our poll below!
